Configurable: Yes

• Title: Display Name of Organization
• Public/Private: Public
• Default: Visible

• Title: Display Type of Organization the individual represents
• Public/Private: Private (dependent module setup)
• Default: Visible

• Title: Display Company Representative assigned to follow up
• Public/Private: Public
• Default: Visible

• Title: Display Company Representative's Contact Details
• Public/Private: Public
• Default: Visible

Existing System: 

• Fields do not have Show/Hide configuration

• Provide flexibility to Show/Hide desired fields 

Enhanced System:

• Has configuration Is configured to Show/Hide the below-mentioned fields:
  • Issue Summary Section
    1. Name of Organization - From from Summary as well
    2. Type of Organization the individual represents - Look-up the lookup value should also be hidden
  • Follow-up Information Section
    1. Company Representative assigned to follow up
    2. Company Representative's Contact Details
• Above 4 fields are also being displayed in Event Detail Report as well. Moving forward these fields will be displayed based on the configuration
