PMP-72907 Option in leave detail to send Leave Summary and Print Leave Summary

Existing System:

  • No send email feature available to directly email the Leave summary of the employee to his manager or his team .
  • No Print feature available to print and share the Leave summary report
  • To share the Leave summary information, users would need to search the specific employee restriction information  in Manage Leave  ,select the record and click on export to EXCEL .This would generate a exl report which user manually need to attach and send in an email .

Purpose:

  • Existing process involves lot of mouse clicks and user manually need to remove the information/column he doesn't want to  share  
  •  Unable to instantly share the customized Leave summary of the employee over email or through an organized report format that can be printed

  • New link in leave details when clicked would redirect to a screen to configure and customize the Leave fields in Leave Summary Email and Leave Report of an employee

Purpose:

  • Data are not editable and user cannot delete them by staying in one location 

Enhanced System:

  • Logged in user should be able to view/edit /delete employee data in employee medical profile for any scoped location .This is done configurationally .

  • However , adding of data for different location will be restricted considering the look ups in location set up and other data configured at location level

  • Existing Data:will be editable and deletable

Existing System:

  • Currently in immunization type field, the drop down doesn’t populate immunization based on categorization and all the vaccines display in the vaccine type selection picklist.

Purpose:

  • Customer would need Immunization Type field to Categorize with the different reasons for Immunization based on the vaccine type I.e. Flu / Influenza Travel etc.
  • Depending on the selection of Categorizations in the immunization type, the system will narrow (Filter) the Vaccine List down to only display/show the vaccines associated with those categories which are selected under immunization type.

  • Vaccine category can be created by selecting the vaccines and categorizing them .
  • In Administer immunization ,new field as Vaccine Category

Purpose:

  • The customers/users are not able to print off the clinic notes for their employees.

  • The enhanced system will allow users to be able to download and print off the clinic noted from the manage clinic notes module similar to Manage SOAP /notes
  • In Manage Clinic Notes checkbox to appear beside all records with select all /deselect all option .
  • Download Clinic notes button added .
  • User need to select atleast one record to dowload the Clinic notes 
  • Max user can download 20 clinic notes at a time , else system will show msg "maximum 20 clinic notes can be downloaded at a time"
  • Downloaded Clinic notes would be in PDF format 
  • In multiple clinic note report the records would appear chronologically with the recent clinic visit date and time first
  • IF 2 employee  with same clinic visit date and time , then consider the alphabetical sorting of the name in multiple clinic notes
  • Existing Data:Will download multiple clinic note
  • Impacts:  Manage Clinic notes
