- To provide a simple and a revamped Employee Picklist that is be easy to use and has better performance.

The enhanced system aims to address the performance degradation, prolonged loading times and provide a simple navigation to enroll & withdraw employees.
Impacts: NAUser Interface:
a) User will have a new option to enroll or withdraw employee. The text box will have the standard message. The 2 'Enroll and Withdraw Employee' will replace the existing ‘Picklist’.
b) To add employees for the 1st time, select the required employees and click on ‘Enroll Employee’.
c) Users will now be able to see the already selected employees in this screen which allows them the option to withdraw by ticking against the employee names.

- To provide flexibility to customers to export LMS Session and Outcome data in a format that can be then fed into any analytics toolauto-schedule a session for the new employees.
Enhanced System:
User will now have an option to auto-schedule the session either for Training Start Date or Training Due Date.
Impacts: NAUser Interface:
Clicking on the 'Auto-schedule this session for any newly added employee to this location', will activate a new field 'From Current Date to' for users to choose from the 2 options.
