instructions:

1. Click on the Modules Icon icon.
2. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item menu item.
3. Click on the Manage Incident Reports Menu Item menu item.

4. Select the Environmental Incident from the Incident List.

5. To Complete the Release/Impacts section. Mouse over on the Incomplete which is a Hyperlinkhyperlink, which will redirect to Release/Impacts Screen screen.

6. Click on the Add Button button.

7. Select the Environmental Media Type  type from the Environmental Media drop down list.

8. Click on the Save Button button.
