Ability to select training start and end dates on multiple dates

• system to allow users to enter the end date manually
• By default, the training end date would be mandatory and be blank
• In case training end date is less than start date then the system would show validation message and would not allow to change
• Not applicable for recurring session as for reccurrence session we already have an existing Training End by
