Employees & SEG

Existing System:
- SEGs currently do not allow us to track when employees enter and leave an SEG. Without this functionality, customer is unable to report on which employees are covered, or part of, each Similar Exposure Group. There are regulatory reporting requirements that all members of an SEG must be notified of sampling results that may impact them. Also, current system doesn't allow associating multiple SEGs to a single assessmentan assessment /Sample record /Sample details.
Purpose:
- Ability to enroll/track Employees or track associated Medical Surveillance programs utilize different reports associated with SEG.
Enhanced System:
- Post the changes, user will have the ability to Use SEG to track when employees enter and leave an SEG and also have the ability to associate multiple SEGs to a single assessment, Sample record and Sample details. Also, users can extract the below reports for SEG.
Report by Employee on SEG Membership - a specific employee and see what SEGs an employee has been a part of over time.
Report by SEG on Employee Membership - a specific SEG and see what employees have been a part of that SEG over time.
Report by Stressor on Employee - a specific stressor (chemical or physical) and see a list of employees exposed to that specific stressor (example isopropyl alcohol)
Report by Stressor on SEG - a specific stressor (chemical or physical) and see a list of SEGs that are associated with that specific stressor (example isopropyl alcohol)
- Report on SEG by Status - Active/Inactive

- Passive Monitoring Samples are created through web application only
Purpose:
- User Users are unable to create Samples real-time (from Mobile) during Sample Collection for an Employee or a Similar Exposure Group, hence having the functionality in mobile will be beneficial.

- Sample Creation form in App builder that would allow the user to capture passive Monitoring Samples through the App builder Form over mobile.
- Sample data to be captured through the form and pushed to IH Module for further access and action
- Passive Monitoring - User should be able to enter information till Environmental Condition

- Data saved through App builder cannot be edited in the App builder. It can be further accessed /edited in IH application only.
