- Click on the Modules Icon.
- Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.
- Click on the OSHA 300A Menu Item.
- Complete all the fields in OSHA 300A Summary screen.
Click on the Save button.
Info - When Allow Rollup is selected as Yes "Annual Average number of employees" and "Total hours worked by all employees" are displayed and user will be able to input information
- Additional sections "Number of cases", "Number of Days", "Injury and Illness types" are added when Allow roll up is selected as Yes
