1. Select the location or level in the Navigator.

5. Select the month for which the data has to be reported.

A new feature has been introduced to configure the multiplier factor for Rate calculation.

  • Now the user has an option to configure a rate multiplier which will be considered throughout the system to calculate rates
  • For the end, the user’s reference configured multiplier is displayed in Metrics screen
  • A help icon for each Rate Metric section with a message "Multiplier used to calculate the rate is <configured value>"
  • Country Metrics has filter option to view rate calculation by 200,000 or 1,000,000

A user can see the count of Total Claims Submitted to TPA irrespective of business rules

  • Has a new metric in Metrics screen "Total Workers' Compensation Claims Submitted" that will show the Actual number of Claims Submitted
  • Existing metric "Total Workers' Compensation Claims" is renamed as "Total Workers' Compensation Claims Approved"
    • The calculation will consider only Submitted claims where TPA Status is not "Rejected
    • The revised formula will take effect starting the year 2021 
  • "Total Workers' Compensation Claims (TWCC) Rate" formula is updated as "Total Workers' Compensation Claims Approved * 200000/Total Hours Worked"
