Step-by-step instructions:
This portion of the system is dependent on the selected locationor level .
- Select the location or level in the Navigator.
- Click on the the Modules icon.
- Click on the the Incident Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Incident the Manage Incident Reports menu item.

- Click on the blue hyperlink Incident ID from the Incident List screen.

5. Select the Root Cause Analysis section to be completed, by clicking on the Incomplete hyperlink.
6. To complete the Final Root Cause Statement the user has to check the check box Check this box if the above is FINAL ROOT CAUSE.
7. Click on the Save Button.

- In Investigate section, click on the "Incomplete" hyperlink near Final Root Cause Statement.
- Complete all the fields and Click on the Save button.
