   Users can select from the following menu items for the Wellness Check Module.

   Report New Wellness Check	Allows users to Report New Wellness Check.
   Manage Wellness Check	List screen showing all of the Wellness Check created for the location or level selected in the navigator.
   Manage Action Items	List screen shows all of the action items created for the location or level selected in the navigator.
