Contributing Factors – contains a pick list of contributing factors.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Select the location or level in the Navigator.
- Click on the the Modules icon.
- Click on the the Incident Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Incident the Manage Incident Reports menu item.

- Click on the blue hyperlink Incident ID from the Incident List screen.
5. Select the Contributing Factors Section by clicking on the Incomplete hyperlink.

- In Investigate section, click on the "Incomplete" hyperlink near Contributing Factors.
- Select the contributing factor from the Contributing Factors List Screen.
...
- After selecting the contributing factors, click on the Save Button.
