Users can download the entire list of work areas into an Excel sheet by clicking on the Export to Excel icon in the Manage Work Areas screen.

- In the BBS menu item screen, Click on Manage Work Area. A new page with Work Area Details appears on screen
- Click on the XLS icon an icon that you see just beside the Search icon. You will see an Excel file open at in the background with the list of work areas and their details.
