  1. Select the location or level in the Navigator.

  2. Click on the Modules icon.
  3. Click on the Incident Management menu item.
  4. Click on the Manage Incident Reports menu item.



  5. Click on the blue hyperlink Incident ID from the Incident List screen.



  6. In Investigate section, click on the "Incomplete"  hyperlink near Final Root Cause AnalysisStatement.

  7. Select the Root cause statement.

  8. Complete all the fields and Click on the the Save Button button.
