There is no option to identify if an Incident is a "Process Safety" incident
- There is no option to classify a Process Safety incident
- There is no option to drive investigation requirement based on Process Safety Classification

Has a new section called "Process Safety" for all Incident Types except General Liability Incident Type
- The section is added before existing "Witness" section
There are two fields in this section:
Is this a Process Safety Incident?
This is a Yes/No question.
This field is mandatory when visible.
This field is defaulted to No.
This field value will be blank for all existing incidents and for customers who turned off this feature.
Process Safety Incident Classification
This is a dropdown field and has a look up value available from Module Setup.
Look up is restricted 10 values (both Active & Inactive inclusive) as we have downstream impacts to Investigation Requirement setup screen
This lookup will not have delete functionality as we have downstream impacts to Investigation Requirement setup screen
At a product level, there are four default values added in the look up.

- This field would be visible only if user answers yes to the above field.
- This field is mandatory when visible.
When no value is selected for this field, system will display value as "Not Classified" in list screens, reports etc... (Just for display)
- System Admins have an option to configure Investigation Requirement based on "Process Safety Classification"
- The field is added in the available list of columns (optional) and filters in Incident list
- It is not added in any of the default system views
- System Admins have option to configure immediate notification (both Module Setup and Location Setup) based on the classification
- The notification will trigger every time there is a change in the classification value and it is selected in the Notification Setup
- These field are not added in Mobile Pro
Any new incident created from Mobile Pro will have the Process Safety Incident value as "No".
- These fields are added to Incident Summary Report, RC reports and Cognos Insight model

There is no option to move an incident and its related data to a different location in case of employee deputation.

Has option to move incident from one location to another
- Button will not be available for Incidents created through App Builder form integration
- The option will not be available for Multiple Injury Incident
- Users should have "Move Incident" permission to respective Incident Type to get the option
- Permission is not assigned to any role by default
- Incidents can be moved only if below mentioned criteria are met
Location should be a US location (due to down stream impacts to claim data)
Location should not be a mine location
Incident Status is Draft, Detail Report Incomplete, Detail Report Completed or Investigation Report Incomplete (Investigation section has not been started i.e. any section should not be saved)
Claim status should be "Not Submitted", irrespective of whether the Claim form is complete or incomplete
Case status should be open, irrespective of if there is a case progress available or not
If Investigation is optional then Management Review status also should be considered (for any role).
- Even if management review started for one role, MOVE button will not be available.
- When clicking on the Move Incident button, user will get a screen to select destination Location
- Once confirmed system will move the Incident to destination location and save it. It will be deleted from source location
- After saving it to destination location system will automatically take the user to Incident Detail screen where users can update location specific fields like Work Shift, Department etc...
- System will also trigger a default notification to:
Incident Created By User.
Incident Created By User’s Supervisor.
Incident Moved By User.
Injured Person Supervisor.
- This event will also be logged in Activity Log
- A Create action should be inserted for destination location
- A Delete action should be inserted for source location
- Permission for this function will be based on incident type.
