Existing System: There are several usability issues with the current design.  design  

Purpose: To improve the usability of the questionnaire screen.  screen  

Enhanced System: Questionnaire improvements include include:

• Display of names below the "Reload Protocol" menu.
• Giving an alert when the user tries to click on "Reload Protocol"
• Restrict reloading if the protocol status is inactive (which leads to loss of data).
• Dynamically change the color of the response text for a question based on the color configured. Ex: White , e.g., white text for a dark background and vice versa. 
• Have the counts of the program results Program Results page and program summary Program Summary to be in sync with the questionnaire. questionnaire

• To resolve inconsistencies.
