Report Ticket/View Status | Selecting the Report Ticket/View Status will allow users to report an issue via the ticket management system or view the status of their ticket. This is only available for system administrators. All other users should contact their system administrator if they have an issue that needs to be reported. |
System Administrator Details | The System Administrator Details provides users with the contact information for their System Administrator at their Company. |
Browser Compatibility
Users can access the Browser Compatibility file which contains information on which browsers will work with the ProcessMAP System.

Resources
Resources will open up a SharePoint site that contains client specific documentation that has been uploaded by the Company/ProcessMAP.

- Select the desired Help item

Accessing the "Need Assistance" option.
The "Need Assistance" option can provide how to's and walk throughs for modules. Click on the option and ask a question or pick one of the available options.
The system can then walk you through the process.
