Version 18.02 was released with the following features: 


  • Activity Management  has been enhanced
 to show  Auto-Complete and Hierarchy for Action Item Category and Action Item Driver fields in the below screens- 
  • Setup - Module Setup- Task Management- Action Item Library- Task Detail
  • Task Management - Task Detail
  • Calendar- Action Item Details (only Action Item Category)System Administrators now have the ability to control the visibility of available languages in the application
    •  with the following: 
      • New widget for displaying counts for open and overdue action items
      • Added a new status flag entitled "Closed Late" for action items that are completed after the due date 
      • Introduced a new permission for Action Item Owner transfer to control who will have access to transfer task ownership


    • Foundation has been enhanced in the following ways:
      • New Search feature has been introduced on the Quick Links widget to locate the desired quick link
      • Users will be able to pick a department without opening the pick list with the new hierarchy in Auto-Complete control for the Department pick list
      • System Administrators will now be able to identify the department hierarchy in the Employee List screen

        • Incident Management has been enhanced in the following ways: 
      • Department hierarchy will be visible in Auto-Complete control for the Department pick list in the following screens: 
        • Reporting screen
        • Incident List screen
        • Incident Summary screen 
      • Users now have the ability to Expand All/ Collapse All to show/hide all contributing factors available by section in the Contributing Factors screen
      • Users can view images attached via the Incident Summary screen in the Incident Summary Report
      • Users will now experience improved performance in the Near Miss reporting screen
      • System Administrators will now be able to access the Incident Management Dashboard Manager to control/manage the Dashboard
          • Ability to Save an Incident as Draft after completing the following fields:

          • Ability to invalidate samples without results
          • Listing page update for multiple activities ,menu change and addition of quick links
          • Exported sample Plan Record to show the associated QEA
          • Employee Notification letter converted to SSRS


        • MobilePro app has the following new features: 
          • Notifications pushed to mobile device if setup as “immediate notification”
          • Notifications work even if app is not active
          • Ability to store photos to the mobile device 


        • Risk Assessment has been enhanced in the following ways: 
          • Admins will now have the ability to Configure Approval Workflows


        • Audit Management has been enhanced in the following ways:
          • Introduction of Basic Audit Creation Template option for quick and simple audit creation
          • Administrators can improve efficiency by defaulting to common or assumed responses
          • Provided an option to include Best Practices when generating Audit Report
