  • Activity Management  has been enhanced with the following: 
    • Auto-generated Sequence ID for Tasks from the Task Management module and Library
    • Linkage to a DAP form which will redirect the user to the form 
    • Task Management - Task Detail
    • System Administrators will now have the ability to view/update all language tags at once with the All Languages View in the Language Dynamic Tags screen
        • New widget for displaying counts for open and overdue action items
        • Added a new status flag entitled "Closed Late" for action items that are completed after the due date 
        • Introduced a new permission for Action Item Owner transfer to control who will have access to transfer task ownership


      • Foundation has been enhanced in the following ways:
    • New Employee Information Summary Widget which will display a summary of information from various modules
    • Grouping of Quick Links by module
    • System Administrators will be able to utilize the Import tool for adding/updating Employees in bulk
    • System Administrators will now be able to import unsupervised contractor hours and counts using the Hours Import Template

      • Incident Management has been enhanced in the following ways: 
        • Introduced validations for fields in the OSHA 300A screen to be consistent with ITR specifications for electronic submissions
        • Users will now have the ability to submit OSHA 300A using an API integration 
        • SEG has been added in the IH Query Report
            • Ability to Save an Incident as Draft after completing the following fields:
              • Incident Title
              • Date of incident
              • Time of incident
              • Operating Unit
            • Generate OSHA 300A CSV for multiple locations after OSHA 300A has been saved for previous year
            • Configure Investigation Requirements Based on the following classification:
              • Recordable
              • Not Recordable
              • Not Work Related
              • Not Classified

                 

          • Industrial Hygiene has been enhanced in the following ways:
        • Revamp and redesign of the Create Sample screen to allow users to perform multiple actions on a single interface 
        • Customer specific Employee Notification letter is now available in English and Spanish
            • Ability to invalidate samples without results
            • Listing page update for multiple activities ,menu change and addition of quick links
            • Exported sample Plan Record to show the associated QEA
            • Employee Notification letter converted to SSRS


          • MobilePro app has the following new features: 
            • Notifications pushed to mobile device if setup as “immediate notification”
          Ability to create an Audit in the MobilePro App
            • Notifications work even if app is not active
            • Ability to store photos to the mobile device 


          Introduction of a new Risk Matrix in the Risk Assessment report to provide all possible risk values for the activity
          App Builder 2.0 (DAP)
          • Risk Assessment has been enhanced in the following ways: 
            • Ability to configure the dependency between control related fields for hazards to enforce the creation of action items when any risk rating level is high or critical
            • An Inactivate button is now available to allow users to inactivate multiple assessments in the Manage Assessment screen
            • Users will now have the ability to define the version number of the risk assessments
                • Admins will now have the ability to Configure Approval Workflows


              • Audit Management has been enhanced in the following ways:
                • Introduction of Basic Audit Creation Template option for quick and simple audit creation
                • Administrators can improve efficiency by defaulting to common or assumed responses
                • Provided an option to include Best Practices when generating Audit Report 


              • Behavior Based Safety has been enhanced in the following ways: 
                • Users will now have the ability to add multiple action items to a record
                • Users will now be able to change the status of a form to: 
                  • Active - default status of the form. 
                  • Draft - used prior to publishing the form to others. 
                  • Inactive -no longer in use, but visible only to users who have the Modify permission
                  • Delete - no longer visible to any user
                • Administrators will now be able to filter records by location in the list screen when a level is selected
                  Audit Management
                    • Provided % safe score and location name in the completed Print Observation Card
                    • Added Behavior List in default system view
                    • Ability to Sync Behaviors in work areas 
                    • Provided the ability to view the department hierarchy in View Observation Summary


                  • Occupational Health has been enhanced in the following ways:
                • Users now have the ability to turn on/off RCA by program
                • Users will now be able to configure whether audit findings are to be created for non-preferred responses in the audit questionnaire
                • Import tool has been enhanced to display the import history by record
                  Behavior Based Safety has been enhanced in the following ways: Users will now be able to select multiple users as observers and select the multiple individuals observed

                    • Add Clinic Notes from the Medical Profile
                    • Ability to Categorize Clinic Notes
                    • Added the following items to the Employee Medical profile
