Navigate to: Desired Location or Level > Modules > Incident Management > Report New Incident

- Type in Incident Title / Site*
- Check off the Injury/Illness box for your Incident Type*
- Select the the YES button for question: Were multiple people injured as part of this incident?" question.
- When answered YES this triggers the Additional Injury/Illness Incidents section to be added

- An additional section will populate : Additional Injury/ Illness. Click on Add button.
All mandatory fields within the Incident Detail Report must be saved and completed first before you can add any additional injured people to an incident

- Complete all mandatory fields and click on Save button.
