A: If “Acknowledgement Required?” is checked, Users will be aware that a new document is available and must be acknowledged. This A User will receive an email notification which includes a link to the document in the system. They can select the checkmark to approve the receipt of the document. Also, in the All Tasks panel, you can access the documents by selecting the Pending Acknowledgement link. This is the only notification for Users. Reviewers and/or Approvers receive a notification when a document is pending the review/approval.
