- To improve the usability the number of tabs has been reduced to two .
- The tabs have been renamed as Add Employees and Remove Employees.
- If an employee is added for a session then it would be visible in the remove employee tab once the user opens back the picklist.
- If an employee is not added to the session then it would be visible in the Add employee tab once the user opens the picklist.
- The user can remove the employees from the employee picklist by deleting them in the remove employee tab
- To add an employee the user would have to open the picklist and select the employee which is to be added.
Removing Employees :
- To remove employees users are required to click on the remove employee tab and delete the employee which needs to be removed.

- Training expiry date can be made dependent on either the training end date or training completion date or training start date
- If the configuration is placed on the training start date then the expiry would be calculated based on the training start date and the retraining cycle.( Training Expiry Date = Training end Start date+retraining Cycle)
- If the configuration is placed on the training end date then the expiry would be calculated based on the training end date and the retraining cycle.( Training Expiry Date = Training end End date+retraining Cycle)
- If the configuration is placed on the training completion date then the expiry would be calculated based on the training compeletion completion date and the retraining cycle.( Training Expiry Date = Training completion Completion date+retraining Cycle)
