PMP-99441 As an end user I want Emission Factor Import Tool

Existing System: 

• With current UI emission factors can be updated one location at a time

• There is no option to configure new factor or update existing for multiple locations in one go

Purpose: 

• Help System Admins provide and option to manage emission factors across locations with ease

Enhanced System:

• Has Emission Factor import option available from Emission Preference screen

• Factors can be imported for multiple locations and program in one go
• It support updating existing factors as well
• Any user having permission to update Emission Factor can use the import tool
• User's Location and Program permission will be validated in Data Mapping screen
• The import template is static, however few columns are dropdown where we have standard system values
• This is done to make the import template user friendly and reduce data issues

Purpose: 

• Help System Admins provide and option to manage emission factors across locations with ease

Enhanced System:

• Has new report "Emission Factor Report By Location" in Report Central under Emissions Folder

• Using this report emission factors can be exported for selected Location, Program and KPI

PMP-100780 As a System Admin I want end users to view only self import history from Application

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• Does not have a way to restrict import history to view only self import summary

Purpose: 

• Restrict import history to view only self import summary since this can lead to data security issues

Enhanced System:

• Displays import summary done by logged in user if user does not have System Admin permission

• System Administrators can view full import summary
