Enhancement 1 : Provision of Sections to the Risk assessment Details Screen

Previous State : The fields in the risk assessment set up screen were placed in a single section without seggregation based on the field type.

Enhanced State : The risk assessment set up screen has been divided into several sections as shown below.This change has been placed for better usability of the screen 

Enhancement 2 : Provision of new fields for association of risk assessment to location profile.

Configuration Setting :All new fields are configurable for mandatory/non mandatory and show/hide.

Default : hide.
