Version 18.2 was released with the following features:
- Activity Management has been enhanced with the following:
- Auto-generated Sequence ID for Tasks from the Task Management module and Library
- Linkage to a DAP form which will redirect the user to the form
- Task Management - Task Detail
- Attachments will have the Uploaded by and Uploaded date details for greater visibility
- Foundation has been enhanced in the following ways:
- New Employee Information Summary Widget which will display a summary of information from various modules
- Grouping of Quick Links by module
- System Administrators will be able to utilize the Import tool for adding/updating Employees in bulk
- System Administrators will now have the ability to view/update all language tags at once with the All Languages View in the Language Dynamic Tags screen
- Incident Management has been enhanced in the following ways:
- Introduced validations for fields in the OSHA 300A screen to be consistent with ITR specifications for electronic submissions
- Users will now have the ability to submit OSHA 300A using an API integration
- System Administrators will now be able to import unsupervised contractor hours and counts using the Hours Import Template
- Industrial Hygiene has been enhanced in the following ways:
- Revamp and redesign of the Create Sample screen to allow users to perform multiple actions on a single interface
- Customer specific Employee Notification letter is now available in English and Spanish
- SEG has been added in the IH Query Report
- MobilePro app has the following new features:
- Ability to create an Audit in the MobilePro App
- Risk Assessment has been enhanced in the following ways:
- Ability to configure the dependency between control related fields for hazards to enforce the creation of action items when any risk rating level is high or critical
- An Inactivate button is now available to allow users to inactivate multiple assessments in the Manage Assessment screen
- Users will now have the ability to define the version number of the risk assessments
- Introduction of a new Risk Matrix in the Risk Assessment report to provide all possible risk values for the activity
- App Builder 2.0 (DAP) has been enhanced in the following ways:
- Users will now have the ability to add multiple action items to a record
- Users will now be able to change the status of a form to:
- Active - default status of the form.
- Draft - used prior to publishing the form to others.
- Inactive -no longer in use, but visible only to users who have the Modify permission
- Delete - no longer visible to any user
- Administrators will now be able to filter records by location in the list screen when a level is selected
- Audit Management has been enhanced in the following ways:
- Users now have the ability to turn on/off RCA by program
- Users will now be able to configure whether audit findings are to be created for non-preferred responses in the audit questionnaire
- Import tool has been enhanced to display the import history by record
- Behavior Based Safety has been enhanced in the following ways:
- Users will now be able to select multiple users as observers and select the multiple individuals observed
