By default, a task’s status is set to Open. As tasks are completed, users can change the action item status to Closed.
Step-by-step Instructions:
- Click on 'Modules' from the left pane
- Click on the 'Calendar' Module
- Click on the 'Manage Action Items' menu item
- Click the 'Action Item Name' link from the Action Item List screen
- Complete the 'Complete' section
- Enter the 'Action Taken'
- Change the 'Action Item Status' to 'Closed'
- Click the 'Save' button
