In the Protocols component administrators can create protocols by creating sections and adding questions to each section.  

Protocol records contain the following tabs:
Details – contains general information about a protocol
Sections – contains the list of sections and questions which are included in an audit protocol

The Sections tab allows administrators to build a protocol by adding the sections and the questions in each section.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Setup Icon.
  2. Click on  the Module Setup Menu Item.
  3. Click on  the Corporate Audits Menu Item.



  4. Click on Protocols Menu Item.

 

In order to add a new protocol, administrators must first select the question category.  Unless a category is selected the Add button will not be visible.
