Accessing Existing Action Item Records

The Action Item Management module allows users to access action items created in other modules and create one-time activities.

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Modules Icon.
2. Click on the Calendar Menu Item.
3. Click on the Manage Action Items.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Action Item Name.
