By default, an action item's status is set to Open. As action items are completed, users can change the action item status to Closed.
Step-by-step Instruction:
- Click on Modules from the left pane.
- Click on the Calendar module.
- Click on the Manage Action Items menu item.
- Click the Action Item Name link from the Action Item List screen.
- Complete the Complete section.
- Enter the Action Taken.
- Change the Action Item Status to Closed.
- Click the Save button.
