Reporting an Agency Visit Event

A visit from the Occupational Health and Environment to review Waste storage.

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Module Icon.
2. Click on the Event Management Menu item.
3. Click on Report New Event  Menu Item.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Agency Visit in Event Type.
5. Complete All the fields and Click on Save button.
