Existing System: 

• The form header is occupying much of the space and because of this the usability of form builder area is affected. 

Purpose:

• Improve the usability of form builder screen by increasing the actionable space of the screen to 90%. 

Enhanced System:

• User would be able to see all the options in one screen and will be easier for building the form.

Impacts: None.

 DAP-2149 - Notification Manager Changes - to include Action Items, Repeater, Text box Controls and Custom Data Sources

Existing System: 

• Existing system provides ability to configure notification events but we cannot edit the template of notification. 

Purpose:

• Provide an end to end notification manager so that user would be able to configure and manage different types of notifications. 

Enhanced System:

User would be able to 

• Configure Notification Events
• Configure the template subject and body
• Configure the recipients

• In existing system, user would be able to select the fields to be displayed on the list and wouldn't be able to set other preferences.  

Purpose:

• Provide more user friendly interface to build the list screen.

In Enhanced System, user would be able to 

• Define fields and set the order of display
• Define sorting rules
• Define data filters
