We can add a new Status to the existing Status Categoty List by clicking on Add button.
Step-by-step guide
- Click on Setup.
- Click on Module Setup.
- Click on BBS Module.
4.Click on Status hyperlink.
5. Click on Add button.
6. Enter the Name of the Status and selec the status by clicking on the dropdown.
7. Click on Save.
8. Click on ok to confirm.
