The Document Management module allows customers to upload, manage and share policies, procedures, and best practices within their organization.  Authorized personnel can collaborate on pandemic preparedness plans, business continuity plans, infection control policies, and cleaning and disinfection work instructions, as well other COVID-19 related documents, while end users can easily access, search, and share approved documents.

Documents

Examples of COVID-19 related documents, including Pandemic and Business Continuity Plans, Policies and Procedures, and Employee Communications, can be found in the Knowledge Library: Best Practices and Templates.
