Add the steps involved:

1. In the Home page, Click on the Add Widget button.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Add widget
   
   
   
   
3. The Incident Counts Widget will be available in Home page.
   
   
4. Click on Change filter

5. Filter widget data for different time period. User can select any date range between 3 years
