Users can report observations and identify if the behaviors were Safe or At Risk, whether feedback was given and enter comments

Step-by-step instruction:

Add the steps involved:

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on BBS menu item.

3. Click on Report Observation Data-Group menu item.
   
    
     

   4. Complete all the fields and click on the Save button.
   
   

• The observers field name to be changed to Observed By for both Employees, others and users
• Applicable to Peer to Peer and Group Observation
