Provide ability to have employees automatically added to training sessions based on Job Functions as they transfer between departments and personnel types - PMP-5541
The application has been enhanced to provide ability to auto schedule sessions for newly added/transferred employees in a location.
- When an employee is transferred from one location to another then based on the personnel type or Job Function of the employee, training sessions would be auto scheduled.
- Training sessions would be created everyday based on any association of employee to any personnel type of any job function for which training has been scheduled
Example : Suppose an employee is transferred from location A to location B .Suppose a training session is scheduled in location B for “Job function P” .Suppose Job function P is mapped with Personnel Type “Welders”. If the transferred employee has personnel type as “Welders” then the training session would be auto scheduled for the employee
