PMP-56557 - Redesign the KPI data verification screen to support KPI Level verification

Existing System

  • Doesn't have flexibility to verify each KPI. 
  • There is no data locking applied based on verification status and no notifications are triggered. 

Purpose: To enhance functionality by KPI level verification and workflow-based notifications.  

Enhanced System:

  • Verification List screen will be displayed "By KPI" and user will be able to change the status of the verification. 
  • User will be able to Lock/Unlock the KPI based on the verification status from the list screen.
  • User will be able to bulk update status for all the KPI's. 
  • User will be able to bulk update status for multiple locations also. 

Impacts: No Impact

PMP-59705 - Introduce two IMS Near Miss metrics based on Action Item Status

Configurable: No

Existing System

  • We currently, don't have metrics pulled from IMS based on action item status.

Purpose: To show metrics count from IMS.  

Enhanced System:

  1. User should be able to see the metrics for "Actual number of SI Near Miss Incidents classified as Serious Injury Potential Closed" (Associated action Item status should be closed and/or completed.
    • Filters: Incident Type is "Near Miss" and Did this near miss have serious injury potential (SI-P) is "Yes" and Incident Date is "Current Month".
  2. User should be able to see the metrics for "Actual number of Near Miss Incidents classified as Serious Injury Potential Generated" 
    • Filters: “Incident Type = Near Miss” and “Did this near miss have serious injury potential (SI-P) = Yes” and “Action Item Status Change to Closed and/or Completed Date = Current Month”.

PMP-66852 - Introduce widget for displaying Serious Injury Potential rate which pulls data from performance management

  • We don't this widget. 

Purpose:

  • To track and view the SI-P rate on home page. 

Enhanced System:

  • Calendar year YTD for KPI-"Actual SI Near Miss Closure Rate" would be shown in the widget.
