PMP-67896 - Design change for reload protocol - Program Results and Program Summary screens to be in sync with the questionnaire

Existing SystemThere are several usability issues with the current design.  

Purpose: To improve the usability of the questionnaire screen.  

Enhanced System: Questionnaire improvements include 

  • Display of names below the "Reload Protocol" menu.
  • Giving an alert when the user tries to click on "Reload Protocol"
  • Restrict reloading if the protocol status is inactive (which leads to loss of data).
  • Dynamically change the color of the response text for a question based on the color configured. Ex: White text for a dark background and vice versa. 
  • Have the counts of the program results page and program summary to be in sync with the questionnaire. 

Impacts: No Impact

PMP-67892 - Guide Note Icon to be shown only if there is text updated to that question

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public / Private: NA

Existing System

  • Displays the guide note always. 

Purpose: To improve usability. 

Enhanced System:

  • Guide note icon would be visible only when there is a guide note configured for that question. 

Impacts: Mobile.

PMP-67890 - Correct the usability issue related to "Ignore" responses type for questions

Existing System

  • We display the score to the Ignore response even though it is not being considered for calculation. 

Purpose:

  • To resolve inconsistencies. 

Enhanced System:

  • If a response with type as "Ignore" is selected for a particular question, then the score wouldn't be visible.

Impacts: No Impact.
