We can view/edit the status of the Status Category by changing its Name and its Status from Active to Inactive or vice-versa.
Step-by-step guide
- Click on Setup.
- Click on Module Setup.
- Click on BBS Module.
4. Click on Status hyperlink. The Status Category screen will appear.
5. Click on the required Name of the Status hyperlink.
6. Edit Name, Select the Status by clicking on the dropdown.
7. Click on Save.
8. Click ok to confirm.
