We can change the status of the Status Category by changing its Name and its Status from Active to Inactive or viceversa.
Step-by-step guide
- Click on Setup.
- Click on Module Setup.
- Click on BBS Module.
4. Click on Status hyperlink. The Status Category screen will appear.
5. Click on the required Name of the Status hyperlink.
6. Select the Status by clicking on the drop down.
7. Click on Save.
8. Click ok to confirm.
