Existing System: 

• Users can update the lookup value translations by row-wise and language

Purpose: 

• To export the lookup values for bulk translation update
• Import the lookup values translations in bulk
• Display the imported lookup value translation status and history
• Option to update multiple lookups and language translations in a row from the list screen

Enhanced System:

• The new Menu Name is "Dynamic Tags Pro"
• Enhanced dynamic tag management with multiple features
• Users can filter lookups with different conditions as below
  • Based on empty lookup value by single or multiple languages
  • Based on the modules
  • Other conditions applied to a string field 
• Default columns and their usage
  
  • UID - Unique ID for each tag. The UID shouldn't be changed, if it's changed the lookup value update won't happen correctly. 
  • Module Name - To identify or filter lookup based on module
  • Lookup Values - Lookup Name 
  • Field - The lookup value data
  • Language columns
    • Add language columns based on the language enabled for the customer
• Steps to Export
  • Go to the default view or create your view based on the language required
  • e.g. Default View
    • Click on the Edit View
    • Apply Filter As Required
      • If language is Empty
    • Select the language in the column selection to export
    • Click on View Result
    • Click on Export

PMP-97585 - As an end user, I would like to import dynamic tags (lookup values) to update the translation in bulk

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• There is no option to import lookup value translations 

Purpose: 

• To update lookup value translations in bulk
• To update multiple modules and  lookup value translations in bulk

Enhanced System:

• Option to import lookup value translations in bulk
• Option to view the mapped information and make changes to the lookup value translations if required
• Immediate update of the translations to the system
• Steps to Import
  • Download the missing language file from the application
  • Update the required languages in the template downloaded from the application
  • Don't remove or change the UID column from the import file
  • The column field is used to know the language in English, so don't change the field column value
  • Users can update the required languages
  • Once the template is ready to import and if the number of rows is more than 1000, split the file into multiple files with less than 1000 tags.
  • Click the Import Tags button.
  • Click the Browser button to select the file.
  • Click the Import From File to proceed.
  • Review the data, and change the translation from the data mapping and validation screen if required.
  • Click the Import Data button to import the translated tags to the application. 
• History
  • Users can view the import results in the history feature
  • Click on the History button to view the history with file name, total record, updated record counts, failed Record count, processing status, imported date, and imported by

• Provide the option to display multiple languages in a row.
• Allow to update the languages from the list screen

PMP-97529 - As an administrator, I would like to view the data storage information at the module level

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• Displays the spaces used by the customer for database, files, and data mart

Purpose: 

• To display spaces used by the customer for database, files, and data mart by module

Enhanced System:

• Improved UI with charts and responsive design
• Display the space used for each module
• Indicator based on space allocated vs space used
  • If the used space is below or equal to 80%, the color is green
  • If the used space is between 80% and 100%, the color is yellow
  • If the used space is more than 100%, the color is red
• Display the space used for application records in the Database chart
• Display the space used for files/documents attached to the application records in the application in File chart
• Display the space used for metrics and reports in the Datamart chart
• Display the date of storage space calculation, the calculation will update every seven days after a user has accessed this page.
• Option to download the chart with different file types

• When the user adds/updates any permission, the latest signature displays for all other permissions

Purpose: 

• To display the latest signature only for the permissions added or updated

• Display the latest signature only for the permissions added or updated
• Display the role history by version and permission
• A new version will be created each time the permissions are added or updated to a role
• Display the history with the latest version order

• No option to export the activity log

Purpose: 

• Provide the option to export activity logs
• Filter and export the data as needed

Enhanced System:

• Provided Excel export option in the activity log screen
• Users can filter the data as required and export the data to Excel
• The export supports 10000 records if more records are displaying, apply the filter to reduce the records and export

PMP-99126 - User account management notification emails content updates

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• Some of the user account management email contents are in bold letters and treated as a sense of urgency. So the email engine is treating them as phishing email

Purpose: 

• To refine the content, to avoid phishing alerts by the email engines

Enhanced System:

• Changed the words written in capital letters to small letters
• Changed the words with a sense of urgency in the email content
• Validated the latest email content by avoiding phishing signs

PMP-97723 - As an administrator, I want to remove the "Notification" option from the alert and reminder setup of Task

Existing System: 

• While creating alerts and reminders user can select the notification type option.

Purpose: 

• While creating alerts and reminders there is an option to select notification type. As Portal had been deprecated from the application, remove the notification type option.

• By default, the existing and new notification types will be email.
