PMP-79705 As an end user I want to see time taken to complete each milestone in Incident Workflow

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • Indicates only the milestone status whether is it complete or not
  • Navigation is available only on Icons

Purpose: 

  • Provide visibility about time taken to complete the milestone

Enhanced System:

  • Displays number of days taken to complete a milestone from Incident Created Date
    • Icons are replaced with number of days
  • For Incomplete milestones the difference will be ongoing

  • Not Started or Not Required milestones will not have a day count

    • Not Required milestone will never be displayed as In-Progress even if user has started to work on it. It will directly have Complete status and days count

  • Now the Navigation is available on entire milestone including text

Impacts: No Impact

PMP-79526 As an end user I would like to capture and share Lessons Learned from an Incident to other Facilities

Configurable: Yes, using backend Investigation Configuration

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • Does not have a way to capture lessons learned during an Incident life cycle and generate a report that can be shared within or across locations

Purpose: 

  • Provide a feature to capture and share lessons learned

Enhanced System:

  • Has a configurable section as part of Investigation where users can note down lessons learned points 
  • Has a new link in Incident Summary Dashboard to access the Lessons Learned detail screen. The link will be accessible when below criteria is met:
    1. If Investigation is required - Investigation Section is complete and Lessons Learned Statement is Complete
    2. If Investigation is optional - Lessons Learned Statement is Complete
  • Has a Lessons Learned detail screen 
    • Lesson Learned detail screen auto-populates all relevant information from different screen that should be shared in Lessons Learned report
    • User has option to edit, add more information or hide existing information from the report that should not be shared
    • Once user makes required changes and saves the detail screen, it gets locked from any kind of auto-population form source
    • Any edits made in this screen does not go back to source
    • There is a refresh option to pull latest data from all sources in case there were too many modification to the source since Lesson Learned detail screen was saved
  • Has a list screen which lists all Incidents where Lessons Learned detail report is saved. This way users can access all Lesson Learned at one place
  • Has a way to generate Lessons Learned report in PDF format
  • Has option to share the report via email (controlled through permission) to a large audience i.e. Share by Role, Group or Location
  • New permissions are introduced (View, Edit and Share)

PMP-79155 As a System Admin I want to identify employee pay rate type for injured/involved employee

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Display Pay Rate Type and Make Pay Rate Type Mandatory
  • Public/Private: Public
  • Default: Hidden and Optional

Existing System

  • Does not have a way to capture Pay Rate Type of an employee

Purpose: 

  • Provide option to capture Pay Rate Type

Enhanced System:

  • Has field in Employee/Individual section that allows auto-populated the Pay Rate Type from Employee profile
  • Users can edit it as needed

PMP-43664 As a end user should be able to view Employee supervisor phone number in reporting screen

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Display Supervisor's Email and Phone number for US Locations
  • Public/Private: Public
  • Default: No

Existing System

  • Users cannot capture Employee's supervisor's phone number for Injury/Illness and Near Miss Incident.
  • The field is only visible when Claim question is answered as Yes

Purpose: 

  • Display Supervisor's phone number field for Near Miss incidents and Injury/Illness incidents 

Enhanced System:

  • Displays Supervisor's phone number field for Injury/Illness and Near Miss Incidents for US locations based on custom setting
    • This custom setting is also applicable for Supervisor's Email field
  • Existing Supervisor's Email show/hide custom setting is applied for Supervisor's Phone Number for Non-US Locations
    • This custom setting works for both Injury/Illness and Near Miss
  • The field will be mandatory/optional for Injury/Illness for US locations based on existing custom setting
    • For Non-US locations and Near Miss Incidents the field will be always optional

Existing System

  • Does not enforce users to "Describe the reason for the Non Work Related classification"
  • This field is not available in reporting screen when user tries to classify the case

Purpose: 

  • Provide option to enforce the reason if classified as Non Work Related 

Enhanced System:

  • Has a custom setting to make the field "Describe the reason for the Non Work Related classification" mandatory
  • The field is available in reporting screen

PMP-69664 As an end user of Non-US location I want to count only Weekdays for Case Days

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Display Exclude Weekend
  • Public/Private: Private
  • Default: Hidden
  • Title: Display Exclude Holidays
  • Public/Private: Private
  • Default: Hidden

Existing System

  • Case days are counted including weekends and holidays
  • There is no option to exclude weekends or holidays to support Non-US regulatory standards

Purpose: 

  • Provide option to exclude weekends and/or holidays from Case days count for Non-US locations

Enhanced System:

  • Has a way to configure exclusion of Weekends and Holidays from Case days count for Non-US locations
  • Admins have a look-up screen where they can list down Holidays by location by year
    • From this screen Admins can also define if both Weekend and Holidays should be excluded or either one
    • Admins can select upto 15 Holidays for a year
    • There is an option to recalculate the count for existing data in case there is a change in the setup
    • There is an Import tool available which supports import for multiple locations
  • Excluded counts will be displayed only in Country metrics screen
  • Case Progression Tracking list has a new row "Totals based on Country Specific Rule" added after "180 days rule"

PMP-56113 As an end user I would like to configure the multiplier factor for Rate calculation

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Rate Calculation Multiplier
  • Public/Private: Private
  • Default: 200,000

Existing System

  • Has a fixed multiplier to calculate different Rates which is based on OSHA standard

Purpose: 

  • There are different standards suggesting to use different multiplier for rate calculation

Enhanced System:

  • Has an option to configure rate multiplier which will be considered through out the system to calculate rates
    • Custom metrics, ( having different formula or where different multiplier is used ), Legacy Dashboard and Dynamic Dashboard are excluded
  • For end user’s reference configured multiplier is displayed in Metrics screen
  • A help icon for each Rate Metric section with a message "Multiplier used to calculate rate is <configured value>"
  • Country Metrics has filter option to view rate calculation by 200,000 or 1,000,000
