Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Calendar menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Action Items menu item.



  4. Click on the List View tab.


21.2v Updates

  • Added Source ID in the column selection of the manage action item list screen
  • Added Source Title as default column for all standard view of manage action item list screen

20.2v Update

In 20.2v, Introduced auto-generated Sequence ID for an action item.

1.  Auto-generated ID format "Country Code" + "Location Code" + "Fiscal/Calendar Year" + "Module Shortcode" + "Sequence ID".
2.  Country code is based on the country selected for the location
3. Sequence ID will be generated as per location code, module, and year. Changes to location code or year will restart the count from the beginning
