Administrators have the ability to reset a users password by sending the user an email from the application. 

Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Click on Setup.
  2. Click on Security.
  3. Click on Users.


  4. Click on the user's name from the User list.


  5. Click on the Send Mail button.
