PMP-71823 - Widget to display KPI Data

Configurable: No. 

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Fashionable System: Currently, we don't have a widget on sustainability. 

Purpose: To provide the ability to view KPI Data on home page.

Enhanced System: 

  • The widget would show the location level KPI data in three chart types - Line, Column and Pareto.
  • X-Axis of the widget would display the time period as per the reporting frequency of the KPI. 
  • On click, it would navigate to view data screen with filters.
  • It has filter options as - Year, Program, KPI and UOM. 
  • This Widget has a copy option that helps users to actually build a dashboard with all relevant KPI data. 
  • This widget is permission-based and would be visible only if user has performance management module permission. 

Impacts: None.

PMP-70899 - Introduce "Incident Days" aspect to provide flexibility for the user to configure safety metrics on days count by personnel type

Configurable: Yes from Backend. 

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: Turned off at Product Level. 

Existing System: This is not available as its a new feature. 

Purpose: To provide flexibility to derive various KPI outputs based on a combination of various Incident fields 

Enhanced System: The system would allow the user to derive various outputs based on the combination of below-listed fields from incident management: 

  • Incident Type - Injury/Illness and Near Miss
  • Personnel Type - All Personnel types created in the system and available in IMS. 
  • Incident Significance level
  • Classification for Nature of Injury Illness - (Injury / Illness)
  • Was this case Work-Related? - (Y/N)
  • Incident Case Classification – (FA/LT/RD/OR/Fatality)
  • OSHA Recordable (Y/N)
  • Incident Severity Question(Could this have resulted in a life-altering injury or fatality?) - (Near Miss, Env, PD and Vehicle) 
  • Incident Sub Type
  • Incident Severity field (Near Miss, Env)

Impacts: None.

  • Incident Type - "Injury/Illness"
  • Personnel Type - All Personnel types created in the system and available in IMS. 
  • Classification for Nature of Injury Illness = Injury / Illness
  • Incident Case Classification – LT/RD
  • OSHA Recordable - (Y/N)
  • Days Count with 180 days capping - (Y/N)
  • Days Counts Rule - (Rolled over to Actual Months/ Accumulated in Month of Occurrence)

PMP-73267 - Changes to Waste Form - To add a new field "Quality Scrap"

Configurable: Yes. 

  • Title: ShowWaste_QualityScrap
  • Public/Private: Public
  • Default: Hidden at Product Level. 

Existing System: Currently, we don't have this field. 

Purpose: To provide the ability to identify Quality scrap.

Enhanced System: Changes include:

  • Introduce a new field - "Quality Scrap" with options - Yes/No.
  • This would be a mandatory field.
  • This field would be available in the list screen for user to filter the records based on the value. 

  • This is not available in the aspect output builder for waste form. 

Impacts: None.
