Deleting an Existing Primary Reason Category

We can delete a new Primary Reason Category from existing category by clicking on Delete button. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on Setup.
  2. Click on Module Setup.
  3. Click on BBS Module. 




  4. Click on Primary Reason hyperlink. The Primary Reason Category screen will appear.



5. Select the Primary Reason checkbox which needs to be deleted and click on the Delete button. 


8. Click on ok to confirm.
