Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Calendar menu item.
  3. Click on the Create Action Item menu item.



  4. complete all the fields and Click on the Save button.




    21.3 Update

    • We have introduced a new module Operational Performance Management (OPM) Module and for adding OPM action items, we can configure OPM in the Action item category.
