New and Improved Features


  • New Audit Management module will merge both existing Corporate and Site Audits modules
  • It will provide the users the ability to schedule both Corporate(Global) as well as Site audits with the same Audit Creation Form
  • It will provide users with better access to Audit Protocols and Questions –all Protocols and Questions will be transferred to application end from Set up side with introduction of new permissions
  • System will provide users with much better flexibility in adding selecting and copying protocols and questions from across locations/divisions   to schedule an audit.
  • Users would be able to create “User Roles” and assign it with dual permission sets of both Corporate and Site Audits
  • For scheduling audits that are repetitive in nature, users would be able to use the new “Schedule Recurring Audits” feature.
  • For a faster and easier audit scheduling process ,users will have the ability to refer and use predefined Audit Templates.
  • For better usability ,user interface design of the module has been upgraded with new styles, graphics and vertical tab alignment .
  • Audit Creation and Performing process with the module has been simplified with the new “audit creation-performing” sequential workflow
  • Several enhanced features like Time of Audit, Audit Program based protocols, New permissions for findings closure has been introduced
  • Existing Site Audit Module will remain. We are only upgrading the corporate audit module with the features of Site Audit module and renaming it.
  • In the first phase, there is no data migration from Site Audit module to Corporate Audit Module.
  • All user roles need to be updated with new permissions :
  • Protocols and questions permissions need to be given
  • All roles with Create Audit Permission should be updated with the permission to create Protocols and Questions
  • The name of Corporate Audit Module has been changed to Audit Management Module: this name change will reflect everywhere including notifications,reports,dashboards.
  • Dashboard will display the information of both site and corporate audits. In the first phase no provision has been provided to filter data separately for site and corporate audits .
