New and Improved Features

Introduction of new field for Permit Exceedance Event type - PMP-36784

The application has been enhanced to provide the ability to capture why, in specific, the applicable regulatory agency was not notified.


  • New field of “Please Explain why applicable regulatory agency was not notified” has been introduced.
  • This field will be displayed only when the response to the question “Was the applicable regulatory agency notified?”
  • The subsequent field of How was the Agency Notified”will only be displayed when a 'Yes' is responded to question "Was the applicable regulatory agency notified".

Provision of new field for Agency Visit Event Type  - PMP-36785

 Purpose:



  • To provide the ability to capture the Jurisdiction of the  agency during  any agency visit



Previous State:



  • There was no provision of capturing the details of the Jurisdiction of any agency during inspection



Enhanced State:


  • New field of Jurisdiction has been introduced in the application for Event type of Agency Visit.


  • This is a single selection field with provision of auto search


  • This field can be hidden or made non mandatory as per requirement.




  • The values for Jurisdiction can be created from the enterprise set up as shown below.

PMP-6391 Additional Columns to be added in filters in manage Events


Purpose:


  • To improve the system capability to display additional parameters associated with the events in the events list screen


Previous State:


  • As shown below, the event management list had only few columns and the ability to filter with some of the parameters was not present in the events list because of the absence of these columns.




Enhanced State:


  • Additional column selection provision has been provided in the manage Events List as shown below.



  • The columns introduced in the events list are :


  • Actual Submission Date
  • Event Related to Previously Reported Event
  • Location
  • Original Due Date
  • Previous Event ID
  • Type of Agency Visit
  • Type of Complaint
  • Identify the type of Exceedance
  • Type of Inquiry
  • Type of Issue
  • Identify Type of Report
  • Was the applicable regulatory agency notified?
