How is the new landing page different from earlier?

The new landing page has four different tabs:

Custom Outputs - This replaces the Key Custom Output table. This table is for any custom or other frequently used report, dashboard or folder.

Reports - List of new reports are available by modules that the user has access to. These can be copied and modified for users specific requirements and placed in Customer Outputs.

Dashboards - List of new dashboards created in the new upgraded version of Insight are available in this tab. These can be copied and modified for users specific requirements and placed in Customer Outputs.

Help - Provides links to various training material,  videos and release notes

The landing page also has scrolling updates under the What’s New section at the top of the page. This area will be only available when there are new updates available to be shared with users

Can I continue to access my earlier Key Custom Output links?

Yes, all the existing Key Custom Outputs are available under the Custom Outputs tab. You can view them either as list view (Default) or tile view.

Will the upgrade change the way I access Company Folders or My Content?

Company Folders (Custom Folders) can be accessed in two ways - 

1. By navigating to Team Content > Company Folders

2. By clicking on Custom Folders menu as shown below:

My Content can be accessed in the same way as earlier. 

Module Dashboards link cannot be found now. How should I access the dashboards?

All of the module dashboards can be accessed by navigating to 

Open

1. The New Dashboards Tab will have the legacy Workspace and Dynamic Dashboards available

2. Team Content > ProcessMAP Dashboards (or )

3. Team Content > ProcessMAP Portal Tabs > Dashboards (or) 

4. My Portal Pages > Dashboards

My corporate dashboards were accessible via Module Dashboards earlier. How can I access them now?

All of the corporate dashboards can be accessed by navigating to

1. Team Content > ProcessMAP Portal Tabs > Dashboards (or) 

2. My Portal Pages > Dashboards

3. Add them to Key Custom Outputs

Will there be any knowledge sharing sessions on the new upgrade?

Do the old report still have the same path and can we access the OLD Workspace Dashboards?

Yes

Will the upgrade affect the Power point integration or models built out for App builder? 

No

 I get the below error when accessing Insight. What should I do?

This error is happening because your browser has cached the earlier information. Clear your browser cache and try again.
