PMP-2338 As an end user I want to navigate to next sections from reporting screen

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public / Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • Does not have an option to move to next sections after saving the Incident
  • Always have to navigate to summary screen and then scroll to desired section

Purpose:

  • Provide option for users to navigate to next sections after completing detail report
  • Make navigation to next section faster and reduce number of clicks and screen loading time

Enhanced System:

  • Provides additional options for end users to navigate to Investigation or Case Management after completing Detail report
  • Option will be displayed based on Incident Type, Incident Status and Logged in User's permission
  • The confirmation message after saving/updating the Incident will be displayed based on incident's status
  • Investigation
    • On click navigate the user to 1st section in Investigation based on configuration
    • Button should be displayed irrespective of Mandatory or Optional configuration
    • It will be hidden only if Investigation is not available (configuration)
  • Case Management
    • On click navigate the user to Classification of Case screen if status is incomplete
    • On click navigate the user to Case Progression screen if "Classification of Case" status is complete
    • In case of multiple injury, navigate user to 1st employee's case management based on it's status

PMP-3990 As an end user I should be able to add multiple attachments at a time in Incident Summary Screen

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA

Existing System:

  • It takes 4 clicks and navigation to 3 different screens to attach one document
  • To add another document user has to close existing attachment window, navigate back to Incident Summary screen, scroll down to attachment section and click on ADD

Purpose:

  • Provide an option to add multiple attachments in one go from Incident Summary screen

Enhanced System:

  • Has ability to upload or drag and drop multiple documents at once
  • Selected documents will be uploaded once saved and system navigates back to summary page
  • File Name will be saved as Title (similar to WCC attachment)
  • With this enhancement, ability to change file name of attached/existing document is deprecated
  • Ability to upload revised version of existing document remains as it is along with revision history

PMP-55971 As an end user should not see Incidents in List screen without view permission

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA

Existing System:

  • Lists Incident in Manage Incident List screen even if user does not have view permission for the Incident Type
  • As the list screen has most of the fields available as column users can view all those information without view permission

Purpose:

  • Make the system and data more secured

Enhanced System:

  • Will display Incidents in list screen based on logged in user's View Permission by Incident Type
  • If logged in user has view permission for only Near Miss Incident Type, user will not see other Incident Type Incidents in List screen
  • Due to this behavior, users may see count mismatch in Widget vs List screen when they navigate via widget

PMP-59956 As an end user I would like to see status icon for Incident status and Management Review columns

PMP-2603 As a System Admin I want to be able to select Groups in Notification setup

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA

Existing System

  • Does not have option to select predefined user groups in notification setup. Individual users need to be selected one by one

Purpose:

  • Providing ability to select user groups will make it easy for system admins to Manage and Setup Notifications
  • Increase usability of Group feature

Enhanced System:

  • Allows system admins to select predefined groups while configuring notification
    • Notification setup in module Setup will populate all active Groups created from Security >> Groups
    • Notification setup in Location Setup >> Module Setup will populate all active Groups created from Location Setup >> Administration Setup >> Groups
    • Changes are applicable for both Immediate and Daily Notifications
    • Selection of users and Groups both will be available
  • In Group selection screen when clicked on the "information" symbol, Group Member screen will be displayed without Save button
    • From this screen system admins can see list of users selected in the Group
  • While sending notification system will consider user selected in the group at that point of time

PMP-43526 As a System Admin I want to setup notifications for different Incident checkpoints

Existing System

  • Does not provide a way for system admins to get notified if certain activity related to Incident has not been completed by due date/company define timline

Purpose:

  • Provide an option for System admins to have notifications sent to stakeholders for different events in Incident Life cycle

Enhanced System:

  • Will send a daily notification with list of all Incidents grouped by the configured Event. Below are the list of events:
    • Detail Report Incomplete (includes Incidents with Draft Status) (All Incident Types)
    • Investigation Report Incomplete (All Incident Types)
    • Case not classified (applicable for Injury/Illness only)
    • Claim question is yes but Claim not Submitted (Applicable for Inj, Vehicle and GL)
  • Has validation applied during event configuration to make sure incomplete events are not saved
  • System will look back for only 90 days in the past and filter out records based on Incident Created Date
    • Out of this list Incidents would be taken based on the Notification Set considering Incident Date as start point to calculate days passed
  • If users wants to configure multiple checkpoints for same Incident Type they need to configure another notification set

PMP-55644 As a user I would like to import data for Employee (Hourly) column using Import Tool

  • Does not have Employee (Hourly) column in the Hours Import Tool

Purpose:

  • Align import tool with system options, so that users can complete Hours and Count import for all types of data in a go
  • Make it easy for users to fill right data in the template and less error encounters while importing

Enhanced System:

  • Employee (Hourly) Count and Hour columns have been added to import tool

PMP-59580 As an end user I want Hours import to ignore blank cells to retain existing data in the system

Existing System

  • Does not have specification sheet explaining business rule and requirements
  • Wipes out existing data if cells are left blank in import template while user tries to update date for a particular column

Purpose:

  • Make it easy for users to fill right data in the template and less error encounters while importing
  • Make import tool more flexible to update only desired column data without disturbing existing data

Enhanced System:

  • All Count and Hours columns are made optional in import tool
  • Provides options to overwrite or retain existing data in the system by leaving respective cells blank
  • Has Specification sheet in the import template that explains field wise business rules and exceptions (English only)
  • Rows are displayed based on configuration

  • Does not have a way to view quick Injury/Illness statistics by Personnel Type

Purpose:

  • Provide a quick view of Injury/Illness incident count by Personnel Type
  • This is a useful information for Admins that indicates how safe is their work place

Enhanced System:

  • Has a widget that gives breakdown of Injury/Illness Incidents by Personnel Type
  • Other Incident types are not included because those are not so much dependent on Personnel Type
  • Permission: View Injury/Illness permission

Purpose:

  • Provide a quick statistics related to Vehicle Incidents

Enhanced System:

  • Has a widget that gives breakdown of Vehicle Incident
  • Counts between Widget and List screen may not match depending on Logged-in user's permission
  • Clicking on counts will navigate to Incident List screen filtered by corresponding metric and selected Period
  • Permission: View Metrics permission

Existing System

  • Currently there is no widget that provides Top 5 analysis various Incident Data

Purpose:

  • Provide quick view to Top 5 values for key Incident Data

Enhanced System:

  • Has a widget that provides Top 5 data analysis for below:
    • Cause of Incident (Display only if Injury/Illness is selected)
    • Nature of Incident (Display only if Injury/Illness is selected)
    • Contributing Factor (show Child with Prefixed Parent value) 
    • Root Cause (show Child with Prefixed Parent value) (Default)
  • Has option to select multiple filters:
    • Period
    • Incident Type
    • Metric
  • There is no navigation from the Widget
  • Permission: IMS module permission

PMP-58479 As an end user I would like to see Date of occurrence in "Time Since Last Recordable Incident" widget

  • This will help users trace the Incident and provide better visibility

  • Enhanced to display Date of occurrence by Incident Type

PMP-59812 As an end user I would like to point out Location of Injury Scene on a Layout

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Make Pin Location mandatory
  • Public / Private: Public
  • Default: Non-Mandatory

Existing System

  • Does not have an option to pin point location of Incident on a floor map

Purpose:

  • Provide option for users to pin point location of Incident so that the same can be represented on a heat map

Enhanced System:

  • Has a field "Pin Location" in Incident Reporting screen
  • The field is visible only if:
    • If there is a floor plan uploaded for the location and module
    • "Incident Occurred on Employer's Premises *" is answered as "Yes"
  • It is applicable for all Incident Type

  • Field will be optional and auto-populated based on selected Employee Profile

Purpose:

  • Reduce orphan CAPA and CAPA permission related support issues

Enhanced System:

  • Provides configuration to choose if CAPA owner pick list should display users with "View CAPA" permission or with "Change CAPA Status" permission
